IMEAS addresses common challenges on smart, sustainable and inclusive growth in the AS:

enhance knowledge on territorial energy systems;

boost policymaking, planning and decision-making;

improve capacity to select and use the right tools to develop/implement integrated energy plans/measures;

support Multi Level Governance;

develop a low carbon/low emission economy making use of local resources.
