The School is based on a light governance and operational structure.

The Scientific Committee , in charge of setting the scientific programme and the guidelines of future development, is composed of experts representing a wide range of Countries and sectors in order to enable fruitful discussion and mutual enrichment.

The functionning of the TSLR is guaranteed by the Staff of Fondazione per l’Ambiente working in the area of local regulation and the support of the scientific network of Fondazione per l’Ambiente, including experts on local regulation issues.
