The Turin School of Local Regulation (TSLR) is a network initiative promoted by Fondazione per l’Ambiente that intends to offer an international high-level research, education and capacity-building experience. The School adopts a policy-oriented approach, with the aim of spreading the culture and instruments of regulation and regulatory reform at local level, connecting academic research with local policy-makers, public officials, professionals, local regulatory agencies, NGOs, consumers’ associations, chambers of commerce. The School activities deal with: - Local services and local public assets, and the related decisions on investments, procurement, tariff setting, asset management and distributional aspects. Different sectors are at stake, e.g.: waste and water cycle, energy, transport, green and sport facilities, education, local welfare - Regulatory reform at local level, to improve regulatory quality in order to foster competition, innovation, economic growth and meet important social objectives. | | Download the TSLR Flyer
